Terms of Use

Last updated: October 8, 2026

These terms cover your use of superposition.mn, which is run by Superposition ("we" or "us"). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

How can you use the site?

You're welcome to read the site, use its forms, and contact us. Please don't misuse it. Don't try to break it, overload it, or get around its security. Don't send spam or false information through the forms. Don't use the site for anything unlawful.

Is the content advice?

No. Our pages, articles, and guides share general information about websites, apps, Google listings, and AI. They are not legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice for your situation.

Do we guarantee results?

No. We can't promise specific results from any service. That includes search rankings, placement on Google or Google Maps, ad performance, calls, leads, or sales. Results depend on many things outside our control.

How does paid work happen?

Any paid work is covered by a separate written agreement between you and us. If that agreement differs from these terms, the agreement controls that work.

Are the free call and seminar really free?

Yes. The free 15-minute call and our free seminar never cost anything. Neither one obligates you to buy or sign anything.

What about links and other services?

Our site links to and uses services run by others, such as Google. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or how they work. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

Who owns the content?

The words, design, graphics, and other content on this site belong to us or to those who licensed them to us. You may link to our pages and quote short parts with credit. Please ask us before copying or reusing anything else.

What are the limits on our responsibility?

We provide the site "as is." We work to keep it accurate and working, but we can't promise it will always be available, error-free, or up to date. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss or damage that comes from using the site or relying on its content. Some places don't allow certain limits, so some of this may not apply to you.

Can these terms change?

Yes. When we update these terms, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.

Which law applies?

These terms are governed by the laws of Florida.
