Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 8, 2026
This policy explains what information superposition.mn collects, what we do with it, and the choices you have. When we say "we" or "us," we mean Superposition, the business that runs this site.
We build websites, apps, and Google listings and offer AI help for local businesses in Venice, Florida. We also help companies with AI strategy and product work. This policy covers this website. Paid work is covered by its own written agreement.
What do we collect?
We collect what you choose to send us, plus basic technical information our website host collects when you visit.
When you fill out a form
- Free 15-minute call form (homepage): your name, email, and company, plus what you want to build with AI if you add it.
- Venice, Florida request form (/venice): your name and email, plus anything else you choose to add: your business name, phone number, town, what you need help with, and notes.
- Business brief (/venice/brief): your name and email, plus your answers to the optional questions, such as your type of business, links to your website or pages, your biggest headache, how customers reach you, and the tools you use.
- Seminar RSVP (/venice/seminar): your name and email, plus your business name, what kind of business you run, and how you heard about the session if you choose to add them.
- Quiz (/quiz): your email and your overall fit result. Your answers to each question stay in your browser and are not sent to us.
When you email us
If you write to an @superposition.mn address, we receive your message and your email address, like any email.
When you browse
Our host, Cloudflare, counts page visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics and keeps standard technical logs of requests to the site, such as which page was requested. We use this to see which pages people visit and to keep the site running.
What your browser stores
The site does not set cookies. It saves two small things in your own browser:
- Your light or dark theme choice. It stays until you clear your browser's site data.
- After you send the Venice, Florida request form, your name, email, business, and town, for that browser tab only, so the business brief can fill them in for you. It goes away when you close the tab.
Cloudflare may set its own security cookie in some situations. None appeared when we last checked.
How do we use it?
- To reply to you and set up your free 15-minute call.
- To understand your business and work with you.
- To send you a confirmation email right after you send the Venice, Florida request form. If you reply to it, your reply comes straight to us.
- To send your seminar confirmation (with a calendar invite and the Meet link) and reminder emails before the session. We also get an alert in our inbox when you RSVP.
- To see which pages people visit and to keep the site working.
We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with advertisers.
Who else handles it?
We use a few service providers to run the site and our email. Each one follows its own privacy policy.
- Cloudflare hosts the website, keeps it running, counts visits, and stores seminar RSVPs until they are deleted.
- Resend sends the emails our forms create: the notice we get when you send a form, and any confirmation you get. Resend keeps its own records of those emails.
- ImprovMX receives email sent to @superposition.mn addresses and forwards it to our inbox.
- Google runs our inbox (Gmail). Messages from the Venice, Florida forms also go to a backup Gmail inbox. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser asks Google for the font files when you visit. The free seminar runs on Google Meet.
How long do we keep it?
Most form messages reach us as emails. Copies stay in our inbox and in Resend's email records. We keep them as long as we need to reply to you and work with you, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.
Seminar RSVPs are also stored in our website database on Cloudflare. We delete those records automatically 30 days after the event. You can ask us to delete yours sooner by emailing james@superposition.mn.
Your theme choice stays in your browser until you clear it. The Venice, Florida form details in your browser go away when you close the tab.
What are your choices?
- You can browse the site without sending us anything.
- You can email us instead of using a form.
- Fields marked optional are up to you.
- You can ask to see the information we have about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing james@superposition.mn.
- You can clear your theme choice at any time by clearing your browser's site data.
Is this site for children?
No. This site is for businesses. It isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has sent us information, email us and we'll delete it.
What if this policy changes?
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
